THE GREEN SMOOTHIE (BYE TOXINS!)
1/2 avocado
1/2 lime
1 apple
100g of baby spinach
2cm of fresh ginger
Pour all the ingredients (cut fruit) into a blender. Adjust with water to have the consistency you desire, mix and enjoy!
THE FLAT BELLY SMOOTHIE (& ANTI-CELLULITE!)
1/2 cucumber
10 raspberries
1 apple
4 CAS of Greek yogurt
A few mint leaves
Pour all the ingredients (cut fruit) into a blender. Adjust with water or yogurt to get the consistency you want, mix and enjoy!
THE EXOTIC SMOOTHIE (HELPS WITH DIGESTION AND IMPROVES THE CIRCULATORY SYSTEM)
1/2 pineapple
1/2 mango
1 banana
1 squeezed lemon
Coconut milk
Water
